Minister of State for Foreign Affairs V Muraleedharan has said that measures will be taken to repatriate Indians including Malayalees who were stranded due to travel expenses in Saudi Arabia. The minister said this in a meeting with the KV Abdul Qadir MLA, Guruvayoor minister, who is also the chairman of the Kerala Legislative Expatriates Welfare Committee and the state general secretary of the Kerala expatriate group.
Hundreds of Indian workers at Aldosari Company in Dammam are suffering from travel bans. Water and water is blocked at the labor camp.
