A one-day seminar on media’s role in the international migration was organised by Kesari Memorial Journalist Trust, Trivandrum and Centre for Indian Migrant Studies (CIMS) and ILO India office’s SALM (South Asian Labour Migration Project) at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala on May, 2015. Similar events were organised in Kochi and Calicut. The seminar in Kochi was organised by CIMS in association with ILO India on 2nd June 2015.The event in Calicut was a two day event held on February 4th and 5th, 2015 in association with ILO and NORKA-Roots.
